Former President Olusegun Obasanjo today said he has bid goodnight to the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) which he was a founding member. Speaking to journalists in Jalingo, the Taraba State capital, while assessing some projects initiated by his administration in the state, former President, Olusegun Obasanjo on Friday, bade the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) good night, saying he will not return to the party, adding that he terminated his membership of PDP in February last year.
Commenting on the lingering crisis in the party, Obasanjo said he had already bade PDP good night and cannot return to say good evening. “In the part of the country where I come from, there is a saying that you cannot say ‘good night’ and come back to say ‘good evening’ in the same place. So for me, it is good night for the Peoples Democratic Party and that’s all,”he said.
The former head of state expressed confidence that President Muhammadu Buhari will surmount the present challenges confronting the country.
“So far Buhari has not disappointed us. I trust him (Buhari), he will not fail Nigerians. I know he will overcome the challenges the country is currently facing,” the ex-President said.
He however, urged the President to complete the hydroelectric project on the Mambilla Plateau in Taraba.
Its a well known fact that numerous men have an easier time achieving climax than ladies. That, combined with the way premature discharge is the most widely recognized sexual issue in men under 40 years of age, implies you may frequently find yourself unsatisfied once he's done. It can be a pain in the a$$ to understand his fun is over before you've hardly started the real deal.
While you could inspire him to finish the job by using any other means, another good plan is to help him last more in bed. Here are five techniques to attempt. 1. Take it slow To get your guy to last longer, have him start slow, Men's Fitness magazine suggests. Tell him to aim for one thrust every few seconds, then gradually (like, every two minutes) take it up a notch, to the point where there's a thrust every second or so. If he feels like he's going to come, he should stop thrusting and wait a few seconds until he can control himself and start up again.
2. Do it again and again
A round of vigorous foreplay before s*x can work wonders, according to Cosmopolitan magazine. Not only can you orgasm, which might make you more likely to come again during s*x, but getting him to ejaculate before the main event should delay the finish line. For many guys, it takes a certain amount of time to "recharge," which means you should have plenty of time to be satisfied.
3. Try pelvic floor exercises
You've probably heard of Kegels, which are exercises that help strengthen your pelvic floor muscles and improve your chances of orgasm. It turns out, these same exercises can help treat premature ejaculation in men. Research presented recently at the European Association of Urology in Stockholm found that simple pelvic floor exercises improved premature ejaculation rates after 12 weeks in most men. Try doing the exercises together for maximum benefits.
4. Use a condom
Ask a guy who doesn't like wearing condoms why he feels that way and he's bound to tell you, "It doesn't feel as good." S*x with a condom definitely feels different, and you can take advantage of this to get your guy to last longer. The sensations on his penis will be slightly weaker with a condom on, which might translate to longer s*x sessions.
5. Switch up the position
If your guy has a go-to move that always gets him off, switch it up. Cosmopolitan suggests missionary or girl-on-top, which can help many men delay the finale. (Skip doggy-style.)

A 27-year-old man, Jerry McCabe from Dania Beach, Florida, ran away from police during an attempted traffic stop fled from his car. He took off running with his 5-year-old son.
According to police he kept urging his son to run faster but when they got to a barrier, he ditched his son and jumped over a barbed wire because his son couldn’t keep up.
A Pembroke Pines police arrest report shows that McCabe was driving a Dodge Charger without a valid license when an officer tried to stop him but McCabe refused to stop and led the officer on a car chase, weaving in and out of traffic.
According to fl39.com, eventually, the car’s two driver’s side tires blew out, so McCabe and his son got out and ran away, the report said.
Police said the officer chased after them on foot and ordered them to stop, but they kept running. During the pursuit, the officer heard McCabe yelling at the boy to keep up.
McCabe left the boy and jumped over the barbed-wire fence while the officer stayed behind and stayed with the boy.
While the officer watched the boy, a security guard at a nearby building who witnessed the chase agreed to watch the boy, so the officer continued to chase McCabe again.
Police said McCabe later surrendered after he saw that the officer was still chasing him.
After he was arrested, McCabe told police that he was taking his son to get a physical for football and was running from the officer because he didn’t have a valid license and had marijuana in his car, the report said.
McCabe, was arrested on Tuesday on multiple charges, including child abuse, child neglect, one count of driving with a suspended license, resisting arrest without violence, possession of marijuana and fleeing with disregard of safety to persons or property.
Officials have poisoned hundreds of dogs in the southern Pakistani city of Karachi in the latest effort to curb a population of strays that attack thousands of people each year in the teeming mega-city of some 20 million.
Dog corpses were lying along the streets of the 20-million city, and the city employees have been disposing of them. Officials estimated the citywide operation that started this week had culled thousands of strays but did not have a full accounting for all six city districts.
"At least 700 dogs have been killed only in two areas of Karachi's south in the last couple of days," said Sattar Javed, a spokesman for the municipal authority.
The periodic culling of dogs using poison tablets hidden in chicken meat has drawn criticism from animal rights activists in Pakistan, but another city official, Mohammad Zahid, said it was necessary because packs of strays posed a threat to residents.
Last year, Karachi's Jinnah Hospital treated 6,500 people bitten by dogs and this year so far it has seen 3,700 cases, said Dr. Seemin Jamali, head of the emergency room.
"At least 700 dogs have been killed only in two areas of Karachi's south in the last couple of days," Sattar Javed, a spokesman for the municipal authority, confirmed to Reuters.
Here’s how the authorities kill the strays: they hide poison tablets in chicken meat, and give the meat to the animals.
The Pakistani animal rights activists have spoken out against the practice, but the city authorities said there is no other way to cope with the growing population of dogs, which attack the locals.
According to stats, last year, Karachi's Jinnah Hospital treated 6,500 people bitten by dogs, and this year saw about 3,700 incidents, according to Dr Seemin Jamali, head of the emergency room, as quoted by Reuters.
Officials don’t have the exact estimates of the total number of strays killed at the moment. However, they say that thousands should be culled in total.

Popular Enugu Catholic Priest, Rev. Father Ejike Mbaka, has criticized and sent a strong warning to President Muhammadu Buhari for the economic hardship in Nigeria and as such may be voted out in the next presidential election if he doesn't do the needful. The fiery cleric who became controversially famous after his prediction that Goodluck Jonathan would be swept away by the wind of change in the last presidential election, has blasted the president over the economic hardship sweeping the country resulting from what he defined as poor leadership under the Buhari-led government.
The catholic priest said that the president should know that Nigerians may vote him out in the next presidential election, adding that people are clearly getting tired, continuing that he campaigned against the ex-president Jonathan because of the extensive corruption in the last administration in the hope that Buhari’s government would be better after his avowed declaration to fight corruption.
“No nation could survive when the cankerworm of corruption eats deep into its social fabric as was witnessed in the past administration which informed his interest and desire to opt for a change.
“The change which eventually came under the leadership of Buhari is not helping matters as poverty is 'smelling' in Nigeria. Landlords are lamenting while tenants are hungry and frustrated,” Mbaka said.
This is the shocking story of how a millionaire foolishly squandered his money to now languish in abject poverty. This story will serve as a great lesson for many of us. The story of Miano Kaminja is a touching one. The story was published by Kenyans and reads:
"An elderly man in Kirinyaga County is languishing in abject poverty despite having raked in millions of shillings from a compensation plan by the government.
70-year old Miano Kaminja, a former peasant farmer, was paid Sh7 Million as compensation for his two-and-half acre piece of land that was used for the construction of Rukenya Irrigation Dam in Kirinyaga, Kenya.
He was among 600 families who shared Sh5 Billion from the Government in 2013 to pave the way for construction of the Sh19 Billion dam.
Upon receiving his share, Mr Kaminja squandered the fortune in a span of three months through unplanned lavish spending, rolling himself back to poverty.
Speaking to a local daily, Mr Kaminja revealed that after receiving the money, he immediately chased away his two sons and wife, then relocated to a hotel where he paid Sh3,000 per day.
The 70-year old man, who now lives under the mercy of friends and relatives, also bought himself a car which he ensured was parked at the spot reserved for the hotel owner despite having no one to drive it.
Tragedy struck upon learning that he had run out of cash. Kaminja in a panic mode rushed to his car, ignited it and accelerated to full speed despite having no driving skills.
The result was a fatal accident where he sustained serious injuries after crashing into a concrete wall.
He was admitted to a local private health facility, which discharged him prematurely upon realising that he was in no position to foot the bill.
Prior to his downfall, some fake friends who emerged out of the blue cashed in from Kaminja's compensation proceeds and entertained female companions in posh local entertainment spots.
According to the distraught former farmer, people masquerading as land valuers were not left behind in siphoning cash off his bag of money.
The con artists extorted money from the old man by claiming that the Sh7 Million awarded to him was 'too little' and the government should have paid him Sh64 Million, a lie Kaminja still believes. The conmen gave him fake valuation documents purporting he deserved a Sh64 Million payoff.
“When I get the Sh64 million I will buy a big car and build a big hotel,” Kaminja is quoted by The Standard.
The Sh5 Billion compensation was based on the size of land and development, and Kaminja was among those who received the least amount as his land did not have any substantial development.
Kaminja's fate also befell a number of other people from the area who, like the 70-year-old, blew their monies plunging into a life of misery and tears."
