The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission has seized the house of Diezani and other articles of ostentation allegedly acquired by an abuse of public office.
The house, located in the expensive Asokoro area of Abuja is said to be worth $18million with furnishings said to be worth $2million, as well as a bulletproof gym. See more revelations...
EFCC showed the recovered house in a new interview with Al Jazeerah. Also displayed were jewelries and monies in hard currency reportedly recovered from corrupt government officials.
Speaking during an interview, the EFCC Chairman, Ibrahim Magu said:
