A Chinese bank manager was caught spanking his employees' buttocks with wooden stick for not working hard enough.
According to information gathered, the boss of Shanxi Changzhi Zhangze Agricultural and Commercial Bank can be seen hitting eight employees four times each across the buttocks as their colleagues watch on.
According to Chinese media, the employees were being beaten because he was unsatisfied with their output. The boss hits the group on the stage four times before the video comes to an end.
This isn't the first case of management in China forcing their employees to do embarrassing things after supposed poor performance at work.
